Featured Venus Harpist Serena O'Meara The Harp Ensemble of Eau Claire Menomonie, WI |

Serena O'Meara has been a full-time professional harpist, composer, arranger and harp
teacher in Western Wisconsin for twenty years. In addition to being the principal harpist in the Chippewa Valley Symphony, she performs in a violin/harp duo and has recorded six CDs which have been distributed nationally.
Serena limits her harp studio to forty-five students. She uses her degree in Music Therapy and study of group dynamics with her seven ensembles. The performance group of her studio is
The Harp Ensemble, comprised of Middle and High School players who perform at many exciting events including the Viennese Ball at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Serena works closely with area orchestra teachers to integrate her students into the programs. Thanks to the dedicated work of the harp parents and the cooperation of Venus Harps, the Eau Claire School District now owns three Venus harps.
