Cindy Kleinstuber Blevins began her musical career as a clarinetist. After an unfortunate accident ended her orchestral aspirations, she eventually began using keyboard and synthesizers as her musical and creative outlet. She released a CD of original music (“Out Of The Blue”) in 1990. A few years later she took up the harp and it rapidly took over her life.

Cindy has written numerous original solos and melodic studies for harp, including music for lap harp, folk harp, and pedal harp. Her over two dozen books of harp solos are sold throughout the world. This album contains fifteen of her favorites, arranged with orchestral accompaniment.

The harps played on this album are the Blevins Sonnet and Blevins Consort folk harps, and the Venus Penti concert harp. The clarinet tracks are also performed by Cindy, who recently began playing that instrument again after two decades of missing it.
